Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting engineering firms for the City of Port Clinton, Ohio will be received by the City of Port Clinton, Ohio at the Office of the Safety-Service Director, 1868 E. Perry Street, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452, until 12:00 PM local time January 10, 2020.

The City of Port Clinton (“City”) requests Statements of Qualifications from consulting engineering firms to perform engineering services related to the planning, engineering design, preparation of probable cost, financing, bid documents, engineering during construction and other related professional services for various roadway improvements, water distribution, sanitary and storm sewer collection system improvement projects.        

After evaluating the responses to this RFQ, the City will select a short list of candidates that it considers to be the most qualified, per the RFQ. The short-listed firms will be sent a notice with further information.

As required by Ohio Revised Code §153.65-73, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation the City will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm.

The City reserves the right to take any action affecting the RFQ that would be in the best interests of the City and/or conduct investigations with respect to the qualifications and experience of each Respondent.
